Sunnycrest Orchards Holiday Fair!

Source

Holiday Market and Craft Show
Sunnycrest Orchards Farm Market
November 19th and 20th
9-4
7869 State Route 10
Sharon Springs, NY 13459

As of this morning, Candles By Nature is now signed up for the Holiday Fair at Sunnycrest Orchards in Sharon Springs. The fair will be on November 19th and 20th, from 9-4. There will be tons of vendors selling local goods, along with some food vendors and the lovely farm store at Sunnycrest. This is the perfect time to come out and buy unique, handmade Christmas gifts for everyone on your list!

If you've never been to Sharon Springs, you need to get your butt out there pronto! (Preferably some time during the Holiday Fair...hint, hint.) It's such a sweet little town, I'm really excited to be back there again. My boyfriend and I had gone out there last fall with his Mom when she was visiting and they were having their Harvest Fest at the time. It was such a nice way to see the town, Everyone was out and about, enjoying each others company. I'm sure it will be the same for the Holiday Fair (albeit a tad bit colder haha).

(PS: Sharon Springs is also the home of the Planet Green series The Fabulous Beekman Boys. I've never actually seen the show myself, but I've heard it's pretty good and it's really neat to have one of our small upstate towns being featured in a popular TV show!)

Craft Fair This Weekend

This Saturday (5/14) I'll be at the 10th Annual Old-Time Folk and Craft Fair in Deposit, NY. I'll be there with my usual set-up and will also be bringing some of my candles from my Aromatherapy Collection (this will be their craft fair debut...yaaay!).

The fair promises plenty of great local vendors along with some really neat demonstrations and live music. My Mom and I will be keeping booths next to each other, which will be really fun. She's gone to fairs before to help me out, but she's never had a booth of her own, so we're both super psyched. She's going to be selling vintage clothes from her in-home shop called Zasu Vintage, which I think fits perfectly with the "old-time fair" theme  ;)

I'll be sure to follow-up with some pics of our day...as long as I can convince my sister to let me borrow her digital camera since mine finally died on me for good. (R.I.P. digital camera that's been with me since 9th grade.)
